The first dolls which were created were made of cloth with plastic dolls being the later addition and then the vinyl dolls which are made till date.

While the first produced doll had their name on their head but most dolls which were produced later had ALEX or Alexander on their heads. Many of the Madame Alexander dolls are there on eBay for sale and if someone wants to get one of the collector’s editions they may be ready to part with thousands of dollars for that. With time these dolls have adopted the new trends and have made changes in their appearance accordingly. But they still remain one of the favorite for all girls around the world.
